Are SUMTHIN blades genuine OEM parts?
SUMTHIN blades are precision-manufactured compatible replacement blades, not OEM-branded parts. We use the same materials, tolerances, and machining processes as our OEM production. The blades are designed to be direct drop-in replacements for the listed clipper models.
What does A5 universal snap-on mean?
A5 is an industry-standard blade mounting system used by most professional pet clippers. A5 blades snap on and off quickly for easy size changes. Our A5 blades fit Andis, Oster, Wahl KM series, and virtually all professional pet clippers that use the A5 standard.
Do ceramic blades fit the same clippers as steel blades?
Yes. Our ceramic moving blades are direct drop-in replacements for the corresponding steel blades. They use the same mounting geometry — you simply swap the steel blade for the ceramic version. Available in sizes #3F through #40.
