Heiniger Compatible Clipper Blades
Heiniger is Switzerland's premier livestock and pet clipper brand, founded in 1946 and trusted by sheep shearers, equine professionals, and veterinary clinics across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Their Xtra and Evo shearing machines dominate the professional shearing circuit, while the Saphir cordless clipper is a favourite among pet groomers and equine handlers. SUMTHIN manufactures MIM powder metallurgy shearing combs, cutters, and A5 detachable blades compatible with Heiniger equipment.
Heiniger — SUMTHIN
Heiniger original shearing combs and cutters retail for £20-45 ($25-58) per set. SUMTHIN compatible blades are manufactured using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) powder metallurgy in our own in-house MIM facility — one of very few blade manufacturers worldwide with this capability. Our shearing blades deliver identical tooth geometry, comb width, and mounting fit at 60-80% less than OEM retail. For the Heiniger Saphir, our universal A5 detachable blades snap on directly — same HRC 60-62 hardness, same cutting performance.
